Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at [support@squishhouseofficial.com] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return needed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or removed from sealed packaging, unless they're faulty.
